Yes. Two requirements apply:
Keibul Lamjao is located on Loktak Lake. Consider combining your visit with a Loktak Lake trip.
The Keibul Lamjao permit is the Forest Department entry permission required to visit the national park. It is separate from the Manipur ILP. Obtain ILP first, then complete park entry formalities with park / Forest Department authorities.
Apply for Manipur ILP on the Apply for Manipur ILP portal before you travel to the park.
Do not rely on unofficial fee lists. Contact the Manipur Forest Department or park authorities directly to confirm current entry fees and procedures.
Keibul Lamjao National Park is in Bishnupur district, Manipur, on Loktak Lake. It is the world’s only floating national park, formed on phumdis (floating biomass). It is the habitat of the Sangai deer, hog deer, otters and waterfowl.

November to March is generally the best window, especially for migratory birds and clearer viewing conditions on the lake.
The park is about 50–55 km from Imphal in Bishnupur district. It can also be combined with a visit to Loktak Lake. Confirm park opening hours before you leave Imphal.
